Ehrhardt Keefe Steiner & Hottman PC (“EKS&H”) is a Denver based audit, tax and consulting firm providing services to clients locally, nationally and internationally. Our commitment to excellence has resulted in sustained growth since inception over 30 years ago. We are currently the largest locally owned CPA firm in the Rocky Mountain Region.

We are ranked first in size in Denver in terms of the number of CPAs; larger than three of the “big four” firms and all of the other national firms. We rank 51st in size in the top 100 firms in the United States and currently have 45 partners and a professional staff of over 300. With this depth of professionals, we provide our clients a broad range of services in a variety of industries, including clean tech. We believe our size gives our clients the best of both worlds; large enough to support them with technical matters, yet not so large as to be unresponsive to their needs. We maintain a partner-to-staff ratio that allows our partners and senior managers to have frequent and on-going contact with our clients. Our personnel turnover is also the lowest of any of the larger public accounting firms, thus allowing staff continuity.
