Video posting Help

Thanks for posting or linking an environmental video on Earth Protect! We are so glad you are sharing your images with others to create a more sustainable earth.

As a reminder, you have accepted our Terms of Use agreement, which allows you to participate on Earth Protect. In those Terms, you have agreed not to post or transmit any libelous, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic,threatening or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the ability of others to enjoy the Earth Protect Sites or that infringes on the rights of others. We do not accept advertisement videos.

When you post or link a video, you are accepting full responsibility for your posted or linked video. Your video will be reviewed and approved by Earth Protect prior to its posting to the site. We welcome your participation and thank you for being a part of our Earth Protect community.

From image to action, make a video, change the world!

Instructions on how to post a video:

Adding a Video from another site (like YouTube):
1. Click the "Upload" button from the community or video section.
2. Under "How do you want to add videos?", select "Add a video from an external site".
3. Copy and paste the direct link or url to the video in the "Video URL" box.
4. Choose a category for the video in the "Category" drop-down list.
5. Click the "Add" button
6. Verify that the auto-generated Title, Description, and Tags are correct. Edit these fields if necessary
7. Click the "Update" button
8. Congratulations! Your video has been added to the database and will be reviewed and published shortly.

Uploading a video from your computer:
1. Click the "Upload" button from the community or video section.
2. Under "How do you want to add videos?", select "Upload a video from my computer".
3. Enter the Title, Description, Category, and Tags for the video.
4. Click the "Browse" button to find and select the video on your computer.
5. Click the "Upload" button.
