Every September, the cleantech community gathers for Oregon BEST FEST, the Pacific Northwest’s premier cleantech innovation conference.

This interactive event convenes a diverse audience of university researchers, entrepreneurs, industry leaders,and more to accelerate solutions to environmental challenges. In this year’s program, a range of regional and national speakers will present transformative ideas and innovative solutions meant to inspire and provoke dialogue.

This two-day, hands-on gathering harnesses Oregon’s spirit of innovation in sustainability to improve the world’s ability to live, work, and build in healthier and more sustainable ways.
 

In Memorium, Earth Protect Remembers Our Dear Colleague, John Gibson


John was a team leader, artist, and storyteller.

John volunteered his time as a basketball and soccer coach, created community programs and provided leadership for Landmark Education, a personal development company, and was the facilities director for the Malibu Foundation, which brings about 5000 children to the beach each year to participate in a beach clean-up and aerial art project.
