Brandalism's anonymous attacks on corporate advertising in public spaces across the UK see the start of an emerging movement.
Artists and citizens are shifting public attention to grass-roots activism as a means to combat the privatisation and corporate takeover of our cities, public spaces and culture.
With the planet heating up quicker than scientists thought possible, and with advertising being the engine of an archaic, polluting economic system, Brandalism poses the question - what can we - as a networked global community - do to tackle the widespread cultural pessimism arising from the power of consumerism?
