Good news on the environment re US Congressional actions and Pres Bush is a rare thing, but under bi-partisan leadership with Mr Bush expected to sign, new legislation would ban in 2013 and the Energy Dept would be required to store mercury toxic stockpiles permanently instead of dumping it on the world market where it might pollute. They got it right for all of the world's people and living things this time. More please and thanks.
